During September 17-24, Doconomy will be in New York for the annual Climate Week NYC event.

Climate Week NYC is the largest climate event of its kind, bringing together some 400 events and activities across the City of New York – in person, hybrid and online. Each year, business leaders, political change makers, local decision takers and civil society representatives of all ages and backgrounds, from all over the world, gather to drive the transition, speed up progress, and champion change that is already happening.
Doconomy will host events and take part in discussions on climate action, behavioral science, environmental impact, and much more.

This event will provide a stage that shines a light on the brightest thought leaders, impact entrepreneurs and businesses, and policy makers sharing their insights, solutions, and ideas for a better tomorrow.
DOCONOMY DIALOGUES HOSTED BY CITI
On Monday, Sep 18th, Doconomy and Citi will co-host the event "Doconomy Dialogues".
Selected senior guests are invited to an afternoon of engaging discussions, where we bring together sustainability innovators, thought leaders and investors to discuss how innovation is scaling climate solutions and enabling system transitions. During the event we will explore a range of topics from engaged citizens to how carbon removal technologies are scaling

Mathias Wikström, born at 329 ppm, is a Sweden based sustainability business leader and creative strategist who aims to innovate as well as making the complex communicate. He founded Doconomy together with Johan Pihl and spearheaded globally awarded forefront projects in Finance, Sustainability and Human Rights. He has received an EMBA with honors at Stockholm School of Economics with focus on Leading Innovation.
Mathias has won several Grand Prix at Cannes Lions and served on many award juries, as President for Innovation in Eurobest amongst others. He is a high scoring speaker at industry summits in Europe, USA, Asia and Latin America as well as with the UN and UNFCCC.

Katarina Wangler Björk
Chief Climate Policy Officer
Katarina Wangler Björk’s role at Doconomy is to design the strategy and long-term vision of the Doconomy’s public affairs/policy agenda, and to initiate and enhance partnerships and collaboration with Government, Multilateral organizations and NGOs. She also holds the role as a thought leader and spokesperson in Impact tech, policy, innovation ESG and Sustainable Finance internally as well as for external stakeholders and partners.
Katarina has an extensive background in Climate & Sustainability, Business Innovation, Climate Policy and strategic transformation. Her background in climate issues dates back 25 years, as a youth delegate at COP3 in Kyoto, with roles in business and policy, the last 10 years focusing on future-proofing strategies and business models.

COO
Carl-Johan von Uexkull leads Doconomy’s commercial team’s development of new markets and strong relationships to further amplify banks, brands and individuals ability to take climate action globally. Carl-Johan has vast international experience from the financial information industry, providing information, insights and technology that drive innovation and performance in global markets. He has been leading teams across Europe for LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters.

Head of Business Financial Services
Tee Pruitt leads Doconomy’s Financial Services business globally, helping clients to drive business value to their clients via sustainability-linked initiatives. As a former FinTech venture capital investor Tee’s significant experience comes in driving investments, strategic partnerships and launching new ventures within Financial Services.
Additionally, he spent three years advising global financial firms on driving new innovations at intersection of sustainability and fintech.

Aaron McCreary
Director of Business Development – North America
Aaron McCreary leads Doconomy's expansion efforts in North America as Director of Business Development, working alongside the top US & Canadian banks and fintechs to help embed climate technology for their underlying customers. He is the author of several industry-specific publications including the “Climate Fintech Report” by New Energy Nexus, and “Climate FinTech - beyond the hype” by Tenity/F10 – both highlighting how digital financial technologies can enable decarbonization. Aaron comes from a background in asset management, impact investment, and fintech.
