We drive Climate Action globally

New solutions and perspectives need to be showcased in order to accelerate interest and action. Therefore Doconomy presented and hosted a stage in connection to World Economic Forum.

Under the theme ‘Cooperation in a Fragmented World’, World Economic Forum 2023 will bring together more than 2,500 leaders from government, business, and civil society, at a pivotal time for the world.

Doconomy were at the 27th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP27) to share leading perspectives, focusing on climate inclusion and driving climate action globally.

Science has established, beyond doubt, that the window for action is closing rapidly. In November, Egypt hosted COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh, with a view to building on previous successes and paving the way for future ambition. A golden opportunity for all stakeholders to rise to the occasion and tackle effectively the global challenge of climate change facilitated by Egypt on the African continent.

Every year, the Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF) gathers thousands of people from across the world, bringing forward ideas that shape the economy and making impactful public and private sector connections. As the first in-person Festival since 2019, the week-long celebration is packed with curated, interactive sessions and networking opportunities.

Doconomy were present at the festival to participate in discussions and push the agenda forward in activating banks and Fintechs in green finance. We welcomed visitors to our booth to discuss the benefits to financial firms for using sustainability as a new client engagement vector. We also took part in various other activities at the festival, presented on stage, participated in panel discussions, and much more.

Money20/20 Las Vegas is the world’s largest financial technology event on an annual basis. Attended by over 8000 participants across technology and financial companies, Money20/20 showcases the latest major developments in the future of finance.

During October 23-26 2022, Doconomy was present in Las Vegas to help shape discussions on how the financial sector will green the economy and the benefits to financial firms for using sustainability as a new client engagement vector.
