We drive Climate Action globally

Doconomy is proud to announce our acquisition of financial well-being frontrunner Dreams Technology. The deal allows both companies to join forces to accelerate climate literacy and enable the financial industry’s transition to net zero – making every transaction count for both people and the planet. By incorporating Dreams Technology’s offering, Doconomy can expand its suite of climate action tools and empower banks to better engage their customers. This also means that Doconomy becomes the first provider to offer a holistic solution that drives meaningful climate and social impact for the financial services industry.

New solutions and perspectives need to be showcased in order to accelerate interest and action. Therefore Doconomy presented and hosted a stage in connection to World Economic Forum.

Under the theme ‘Cooperation in a Fragmented World’, World Economic Forum 2023 will bring together more than 2,500 leaders from government, business, and civil society, at a pivotal time for the world.

Doconomy were at the 27th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (COP27) to share leading perspectives, focusing on climate inclusion and driving climate action globally.

Science has established, beyond doubt, that the window for action is closing rapidly. In November, Egypt hosted COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh, with a view to building on previous successes and paving the way for future ambition. A golden opportunity for all stakeholders to rise to the occasion and tackle effectively the global challenge of climate change facilitated by Egypt on the African continent.
